I agree to pay for this registration through credit card, purchase order, or check. If my balance has not yet been paid by time of the conference, I may be asked to pay onsite by check or credit card. I must cancel by October 25th for a full refund minus $25 processing fee. If cancelling after October 25th, no refund will be issued. If the event is postponed by MASN or the Lodge of Four Seasons, registration fees will be carried over to the rescheduled event. If a registered participant cannot attend the conference due to their own circumstances (positive Covid diagnosis, family emergency, etc.), the program will be allowed to substitute another staff person at no additional cost. I understand that my name, organization, and email address will be shared with the National AfterSchool Association (NAA) in order establish or continue a complementary NAA membership. Additionally, my name, organization, and email address will be shared with Mizzen Education as a requirement of statewide afterschool system funding from the Mott Foundation. I can email MASN at afterschoolrescenter@missouri.edu to request that my 2026 MOSAC contact information not be shared with either or both organizations. By attending this event, I acknowledge that University of Missouri staff and/or their designees, including news media, may take general photos or videos of this event for communications, marketing, and/or publicity purposes, and I further allow my words/likeness to be used in this manner. If I do not wish to appear in the photos or videos, I understand that it is my responsibility to notify University of Missouri staff so my preference can be met.
